All Oak & Jackal timepieces come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase that cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover the glass, wristband, battery, and general wear and tear.
If you need to make a claim, or have any queries, please contact us here, including your order number, photos and a description of the problem. After reviewing your claim, we will happily repair or replace your timepiece at our discretion.
