Exchange and Returns
Exchanges are only able to be completed if Oak & Jackal is contacted within 14 days of you receiving your item. In the event of requiring an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number, reason for exchange, and what product(s) you would like instead. Only items in stock can be sent as an exchange, so please check our online store first to see if your preferred item(s) is available.
For an exchange, shipping costs are not reimbursed, please include a 500g postage satchel with your return for us to ship your alternate item(s) to you.
Items will only be accepted for exchange if they are in the original condition sold to you. Timepieces must be unworn, with the protective plastic still on the face and rear. The warranty card must be in the box, and the box must be in its original condition. Please note your exchange will not be accepted if these requirements are not met.
As all our products have extensive descriptions and product photos on our website, returns due to change of mind will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted for faulty products.
In the event of requiring a return, please contact us at email@example.com your full name, order number and reason for return. We will review your case and if approved, you will be sent further details on how to proceed with your return.
After receiving your item, we will refund you via your original form of payment within 7 days of receiving and accepting the returned item.
Change of mind returns may be accepted at Oak & Jackal's discretion, however a 20% restocking fee will apply.
